BLUEPRINT REVIEW & the “LONG WALK to FREEDOM”

Leadership-Masters will gladly return to your organization to help sustain the powerful energy created by “The Mandela Architecture”. We start with our Blueprint Review session, in which we identify the resistors and enablers created by our original Blueprint Sessions.

Long Walk to Freedom | Nelson MandelaWe then compare those resistors and enablers to Mandela’s struggle for sustainability in his autobiography “Long Walk to Freedom”. We look at Mandela’s strategy for tenacious commitment to both principles and purpose, and we help to re-shape and reconfigure action plans.

The Blueprint Review and the Long Walk to Freedom can involve a time frame of between two and four hours, depending upon the number of participants. Optional training elements include an audio CD of Mandela’s autobiography, narrated by award-winning actor Mr. Danny Glover, plus a copy of “Conversations with Myself”, Mandela’s intensely moving, raw and unmediated account of his most personal thoughts. Health concerns, doubts, dreams, political initiatives, all spill out together in one volume, to provide the fullest picture yet of the great South African leader.
